As a new patient, I was welcomed by the staff as advertised. Allie conducted my initial intake she listened to my concerns and concentrated on my target area. Allie was polite, courteous, and professional. After reviewing my notes Dr. Hensley came in we had a very detailed conversation about my concerns, Dr. Hensley was attentive to me as we discussed a path moving forward toward my well-balanced recovery plan.

Everyone has been very helpful and professional. My experience has been very personal, meaning I don’t feel like just another patient walking in the door. The young lady upfront always remembers to ask if I need a towel to cover my eyes because of light sensitivity. It’s the little things they remember that let me know they care. I came back after my initial visit because Dr. Craig asked if he could pray with me. I realize some people would say no but I said of course you can. He is open and honest about the treatments and explains things in a way that is easy to understand.

For years, I had neglected my health while I took care of loved ones. I was having severe back pain, but I kept on seeing to their care. One day it was asked of me, “What’s going to happen to your loved ones if you get down and can’t take care of them anymore?” Good question…That was when I researched chiropractors and found Dr Craig.
